Open Settings from the menu bar icon, go to the Lists tab, select a list, and click the "+" button to add new items.

Drag the panel anywhere on screen, or go to Settings, then the Settings tab, and choose from 9 preset positions.

Access timer controls from the menu bar dropdown or configure via Settings, then the Timer tab. Choose between Simple countdown or Pomodoro mode.

Enable Privacy Mode by clicking the panel (configurable) or from the menu bar. This shows only the time instead of your items, keeping your content private during calls or presentations.

All data is stored locally on your Mac. There is no cloud sync or external data transmission. Your information never leaves your device.

Click the Float & Center icon in your menu bar and select "Show Panel" or adjust visibility settings in the Settings window.

Float & Center requires macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or later.
